The role will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure accurate measurement frameworks, robust data collection, and actionable insights for decision making.

Core Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with Adobe Launch / Adobe Data Collection
  • Understanding of Adobe Web SDK, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Strong understanding of tagging frameworks and data layer design
  • Experience with JavaScript for analytics implementations
  • Hands-on experience building Adobe Workspace reports and dashboards
  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics concepts, attribution, and measurement frameworks

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience on JavaScript
  • Experience with browser developer tools and debugging utilities
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and event-based tracking models
  • Familiarity with data governance and tracking documentation
  • Good to Have Adobe Analytics Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2.5 - 5 years of experience in Digital Analytics or Martech implementations
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical measurement solutions
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Adobe Analytics tracking frameworks aligned with business KPIs and measurement strategies.
  • Implement and manage tags using Adobe Launch / Adobe Data Collection.
  • Understanding of Adobe Web SDK and event-based tracking.
  • Define and maintain data layer architecture and tagging specifications.
  • Work with developers to ensure correct JavaScript-based tracking implementation.
  • Validate and troubleshoot tracking using debugging tools such as Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, browser dev tools, and network inspection.
  • Ensure accurate event, eVar, prop, and conversion tracking across digital properties.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and Workspace projects to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct data validation, QA, and governance for analytics implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurement strategies, attribution models, and KPIs.
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to support data-driven decision making.
  • Maintain documentation for tracking plans, implementation guides, and tagging architecture.
