Manager/Senior Manager_FP&A

Candidate should have in-depth knowledge FP&A process and understanding of accounting policies & compliance.

• Master's in Accounting/Finance/Qualified/Semi Qualified Accountant
• 10+ years of prior experience in FP&A and IT Finance
• Knowledge and expertise of tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, etc. is preferred

• Should be able to manage a team and coach them continuously to achieve business goal
• Should be able to understand & anticipate Clients business needs, concerns & issues, and be able to proactively resolve the same
• Maintain process documentation (methodologies, data sources, approvals) and support internal/external audit requests
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting value chain with thorough understanding of accounting policies and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to ensure stringent governance, identification of process gaps and recommend controls
• Knowledge and expertise of tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, etc. is preferred
• Ability to partner with clients to drive various strategic initiatives for the function
• Ability to manage and liaise with multiple stakeholders and escalation management
• Lead/drive various transformation initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities and work with the team for execution
