We are seeking a Manager - Campaign Activation to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of omni-channel marketing campaigns across EMEA and APAC. This role will translate strategies into high-impact regional campaigns that drive pipeline generation, account engagement, and measurable revenue outcomes.

The Manager will be responsible for driving pipeline contribution across EMEA and APAC through integrated demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs, ensuring marketing investments translate into tangible business outcomes.

Working closely with industry marketing, portfolio marketing, and regional stakeholders, the role will activate campaigns across digital, paid, social, email, and event channels. The Manager will also oversee campaign execution resources and ensure operational excellence across multiple geographies.

This role supports marketing programs across multiple industries and solution areas, activating campaigns across several EMEA and APAC markets and adapting strategies to regional buyer behaviors, channel preferences, and market maturity.

The ideal candidate combines strategic campaign leadership with strong operational rigor, enabling scalable, data-driven marketing programs that align closely with business priorities and sales objectives.

  • 6-8+ years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing, preferably within B2B or technology-driven organizations.
  • Experience managing regional marketing campaigns across EMEA and/or APAC markets.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline growth through integrated multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce).
  • Strong expertise in campaign performance analysis, marketing analytics, and optimization strategies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams and external agencies across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation topics preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Regional Activation
    • Lead the planning and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across EMEA and APAC.
    • Translate global marketing strategies into regional campaign plans, aligning priorities across industries, solutions, and key accounts.
    • Develop quarterly campaign roadmaps and activation plans aligned with pipeline goals and market priorities.
    • Define the optimal channel mix and audience targeting strategies across email, paid media, content syndication, social media, events, webinars, and nurture programs.
    • Drive account-based marketing (ABM) activation for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment between marketing campaigns and sales engagement strategies.
    • Ensure campaigns are tailored to regional buyer behaviors, market maturity, and cultural nuances.
  • Campaign Performance & Pipeline Impact
    • Own campaign performance across the region, ensuring programs contribute to pipeline generation, account engagement, and revenue targets.
    • Establish campaign KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track performance across channels.
    • Monitor campaign results and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
    • Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
    • Share campaign learnings and best practices across teams to enable continuous marketing performance improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
    • Lead and mentor campaign activation team members, including Assistant Managers and specialists responsible for campaign execution.
    • Foster a culture of performance-driven marketing, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline campaign processes, improve scalability, and enhance marketing efficiency.
