Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Job Description:
Plan, create, and manage product documentation with a focus on Reference Manuals, User Manuals, Installation Instructions
Target group-oriented content creation and maintenance in the XML-based CMS (SCHEMA ST4)
Research and gather information from SMEs for creation of product documentation
Create the technical content in English language in compliance with technical writing standards
Create technical illustrations from 3D CAD data and User interface (UI) images of the instrument
Ability to understand complex technologies (hardware, software) and create clear and concise technical information
Compliance to established process and checklist for creating quality documentation
Facilitate regular reviews with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and ensure high-quality outputs that meet user needs
What You Need to Succeed
Degree in technology (e.g., engineering, etc.)
2-4 years' experience in technical writing
Experienced SCHEMA ST4 or any other component content management system (CCMS) software
Experienced in using illustration tools
Experience working with R&D team and product managers in agile environment
Attention to detail: Meticulous focus on formatting, terminology and accuracy
Proficient in both written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and capable of working on projects with minimum supervision
