Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role is suited for someone who operates with a high degree of independence-someone who not only answers questions, but proactively identifies them.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, uncover opportunities, and deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes, and brings a strong balance of analytical rigor and business context.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end analytics projects, from problem definition through execution and delivery
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Partner with business, product, and leadership teams to influence strategic decisions
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R. Experience with the Databricks platform is a plus.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
Experience working with large and complex datasets
Prior experience in fintech, payments, or digital products is a plus.
