Role Overview

The Infrastructure Lead will oversee and manage multiple infrastructure programs, ensuring operational excellence, security, and scalability. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex activities across desktop administration, server infrastructure, CMDB, DevOps, and network/security operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee Desktop & Admin – Oversee Active Directory and O365 support, ensuring timely resolution of Autotask tickets, VDI creations and decommissions, and AVD decommissions. Exposure to use of AI for Automated ticket triage & resolution suggestions, Log & event analysis for AD and O365, AI-driven VDI/AVD lifecycle automation and User provisioning/deprovisioning bots

· Supervise Configuration Management Database (CMDB) – Ensure daily CI assignments, reduce stale tasks, manage RITM requests, validate Azure cloud discovery schedules,
