Client is seeking a talented SQL, Python, and Azure administrator with 2-4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining in-house application systems and Azure cloud environments. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring the security and reliability of the overall infrastructure.
Job Description: • Proven experience in production operations, particularly in managing production environments. • Proficient in using ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, AOTS, or similar platforms. • Excellent communication skills—verbal, non-verbal, and written. • Effective collaboration and communication abilities. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. • Understanding of IT service management processes, such as incident, change, and problem management. • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. • Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 production support environment. • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and platforms, such as Grafana. • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Good knowledge in Azure cloud environments. • Strong scripting skills, including Shell scripting and Python. • Familiarity with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, especially for cloud workloads. • Good knowledge in data bricks, data factory, azure event hubs. • Exposure to OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Cosmos DB, and large language models (LLMs) is a plus. • Experience with SQL is an added advantage. • Experience in data analytics platforms like Kusto Query Language (KQL). • Design, write, and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, update, and manipulate data efficiently. • Knowledge of REST APIs. • Ability to collaborate with DevOps and development teams to support cloud-based applications. • Skilled in maintaining accurate documentation for incidents, changes, and configurations. • Capable of responding to and resolving incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and ensuring SLA compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Should be responsible to provide technical support, administrative support and troubleshoot the issues for the day-to-day operations. Should be able to resolve the technical issues to meet the SLA's. • Should also be responsible for monitoring the systems, providing technical assistance, managing incidents, and ensuring the stability of the systems. • Providing 24×7 operational support to all production practices on holidays and weekends. • Coordinating with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production tickets. • Acting as the point of contact for the infra production eco system. • Candidate should enhance the quality by value adds, automation, optimization etc.
Education and Qualifications: • Must have bachelor's degree or master's degree in science / computer applications or equivalent. • Certification in Linux and Azure cloud platform | |
