• 8+ years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferably version 2020 or later).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Experience in rollout projects, especially in multi-plant or multi-country environments.
• Familiarity with Fiori apps related to PP and QM.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of interfaces with other modules
• Integration experience with MII / shop floor system
