Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain templates for documents, emails, reports, and web content.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Ensure templates are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimize templates for performance and usability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve template-related issues.

Maintain version control and documentation for all templates.

Mandatory skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with template engines (e.g., Handlebars, Liquid, Mustache)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., MS Excel and AWS pinpoint)
• Knowledge of document automation tools (e.g., DocuSign, Conga, Templafy)
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Jira for agile task tracking and defect management
• Proficiency in VS Code as a development environment
