The role involves L2 troubleshooting| platform administration| image management| upgrades| and escalation handling while ensuring SLA adherence and service stability.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 administration and troubleshooting for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.Perform Citrix upgrades| patching| and policy configuration.Manage master image creation| maintenance| and catalog upgrades.Provision VDIs using Machine Creation Services (MCS) and Provisioning Services (PVS).Conduct daily health checks of VDIs| delivery controllers| and core Citrix components.Troubleshoot session| login| performance| and application issues using Citrix Director.Handle incident| problem| and change management activities.Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for escalated issues.Create and maintain SOPs| runbooks| and operational documentation.Support on-call escalations and ensure SLA & CSAT compliance.Mandatory SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).Expertise in MCS and PVS provisioning methods.Experience with Citrix Director| image management| and application/desktop publishing.Knowledge of Citrix upgrades| patching| and policy management.Understanding of VDI architecture and desktop hosting models.Experience with ITSM tools and ITIL-aligned processes.Good to HaveCitrix Cloud exposure.Basic knowledge of NetScaler / Client.Experience in offshore or managed services operations.CertificationsCitrix Certified Associate Virtualization (CCA-V) Preferred.ITIL Foundation Added advantage.
