Infrastructure Management:
Planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of SCCM infrastructure and services.
Deployment & Management:
Deploying and managing software, updates, and operating systems across the network.
Collection & Package Management:
Creating and managing collections, applications, and packages within SCCM.
Reporting & Monitoring:
Generating reports on application installation status, client health, and other relevant metrics.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
Troubleshooting issues within SCCM and related systems, providing technical support to end-users and other IT staff.
Scripting:
Developing and maintaining scripts (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript) for automating tasks and managing the SCCM environment.
Patch Management:
Managing software patches and updates through WSUS (Windows Server Update Services).
Network & Security:
Understanding and managing network configurations, firewall rules, and security settings to ensure a secure SCCM environment.
Collaboration:
Working with other IT teams (e.g., network, support) and end-users to ensure smooth operations and address their needs.
