| Mandatory skills | Ideally, 5+ years of experience in a SCRUM delivery model within the financial sector. Strong knowledge and understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML. Experience with Azure is highly desirable. Proficiency in UML/BPMN. A problem-solving attitude with the ability to drive change and propose robust solutions. Background in working on mockups or UX/UI aspects. Experience in project scope management, including definition and control. Inquisitive nature, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. |
