Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities) |
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Product Analyst, preferably focused on ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow core modules and custom application development.
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently drive meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience working with US-based teams; must be flexible for meetings during US hours (minimum 4 hours overlap with PST).
- Proficiency with ServiceNow reporting, workflows, and integrations is a plus.
- Strong documentation skills (BRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules) is a bonus.

Mandatory skills* |
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and QAs to translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
- Support ServiceNow modules including (but not limited to) Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Case Management.
- Act as a liaison between the business users and the technical team to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders based in the US, ensuring at least 4 hours of working overlap to facilitate meetings, requirement gathering sessions, and sprint planning.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), develop test cases, and validate solutions before deployment.
- Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
- Prepare documentation, process flows, and training materials as needed.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and project teams.
