Job Summary:
The Bench Sales Recruiter identifies suitable project opportunities for available consultants, builds relationships with vendors and clients, negotiates contracts, and ensures successful placement of consultants on contract assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market bench consultants to clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Search and identify suitable job requirements from job portals, vendor networks, and client databases.
  • Match consultant skills with available project opportunities.
  • Submit consultant profiles to clients and vendors.
  • Coordinate interviews between consultants and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and employment conditions.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
  • Track consultant availability and project end dates.
  • Follow up on submissions, interviews, and placement status.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
  • Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
  • Understanding of various visa types (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT technologies and skill sets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Bench Sales or US IT Recruitment.
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools.
  • Experience working with implementation partners and direct clients.
