Role Overview

We are hiring driven Jr. Regional Managers for on-ground sales and community outreach. This role involves field execution, relationship-based sales, and direct engagement with senior citizens to drive local growth and trust.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Khyaal's memberships and services through on-ground awareness and consultative selling.

Achieve local sales targets through field visits and referrals.

Organize and manage small community events, demos, and engagement sessions.

Build relationships with senior communities, RWAs, and welfare associations.

Identify new outreach opportunities via local networking.

Track and report field activities, leads, and conversions.

Ensure post-sales support to drive satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1-3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or community engagement.

Strong communication skills with an empathetic, people-first approach.

Fluency in the local language and understanding of the local culture.

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Target-driven, self-motivated personality.

Experience with senior citizens is a plus.
