The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL programming, database performance optimization, and application support. Prior experience in the Insurance domain will be an added advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL programs, procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.\nPerform requirement analysis, development, defect fixing, UAT support, and production support activities.\nOptimize SQL queries and database objects to improve application performance.\nSupport batch processing, data migration, and database maintenance activities.\nCollaborate with business users, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.\nFollow SDLC processes, version control practices, and change management procedures.\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues within agreed timelines.\nRequired Skills\n5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.\nStrong expertise in:\nSQL Query Writing & Optimization\nPL/SQL Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers\nDatabase Performance Tuning\nData Migration and Batch Processing\nExperience in requirement analysis, development, testing support, and production support.\nGood understanding of SDLC methodologies and change management processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
