Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive located in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer property requirements, conducting property visits, and closing sales. The role includes lead generation, business development, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.
The candidate should be comfortable making 150–200 calls daily and must be open to field sales and client site visits. Strong communication and sales skills are required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and closing techniques specific to the real estate sector
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Knowledge in property market trends and real estate regulations
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools, data analysis, and real estate software platforms
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or channel sales preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
