Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager with prior experience selling technology-led solutions to banks, fintechs, NBFCs, or large enterprise brands.

This is not a generic sales role.

The ideal candidate should understand consultative/platform sales and should be comfortable selling engagement ecosystems, loyalty platforms, gamification engines, rewards infrastructure, or CRM/marketing technology solutions to senior stakeholders in BFSI organizations.

The role will focus on driving growth for BigCity’s BFSI solutions portfolio including FinEngage - our always-on customer engagement and rewards platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across Banks, Fintechs, and Financial Services brands
  • Sell BigCity’s technology-led engagement, loyalty, and rewards solutions
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking
  • Engage with key stakeholders across marketing, digital, product, and customer engagement functions
  • Understand client business challenges and position relevant platform-led solutions
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and solution pitches
  • Work closely with internal teams to build customized proposals and commercial solutions
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities within accounts


Required Experience & Skills

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales/business development
  • Prior experience selling tech solutions/platforms/SaaS/engagement or loyalty solutions to banks, fintechs, or enterprise brands
  • Strong understanding of BFSI ecosystem and enterprise buying behaviour
  • Experience in consultative or solution-led selling
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
  • Strong hunting mindset with proven lead generation and pipeline-building capabilities
  • Comfortable discussing technology-led solutions including APIs, integrations, customer journeys, loyalty mechanics, and engagement systems
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and target-oriented


Good To Have

  • Prior experience in Loyalty, Martech, CRM, Rewards, Gamification, or Engagement platforms
  • Existing relationships within BFSI/Fintech ecosystem
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and behavioural engagement
  • Experience selling SaaS or platform-based solutions.
