What you’ll do

As a member of our Supply Chain team, you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine.

Supply Chain Operations: Lead end-to-end operations across Supply Chain, Import Procurement, Production Planning & Control (PPC), Inventory Management, Logistics, and Customer Fulfilment to ensure seamless business performance.

Strategic Procurement & Vendor Management: Drive strategic sourcing and import procurement by managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, international logistics, compliance requirements, and cost optimization initiatives.

Optimize Inventory & Material Planning: Oversee demand planning, material planning, and PPC activities to ensure optimal inventory levels, efficient production scheduling, and uninterrupted supply to customers.

Customer & Operational Excellence: Manage customer-facing operations by ensuring timely order execution, proactive communication, service excellence, and effective resolution of customer queries / escalations and other operational and supply chain issues.

Process Improvement: Operational excellence through process improvements, ERP-driven planning, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency, visibility, and profitability.

Who you are

Strong technical foundation & Relevant experience:

Candidates should have degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management, with 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing operations. Deep expertise in supply chain management, import procurement, vendor development, inventory control, and PPC is essential.

Proven Leadership & Execution

You must have a strong track record of leading cross-functional operations teams, driving cost optimization, improving service levels, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability to support production and business growth.

Production Planning & Procurement Excellence

You should be experienced in demand forecasting, capacity planning, production scheduling, import logistics, supplier management, and inventory optimization. Exposure to global sourcing and strategic procurement is highly desirable.

Process Improvement & Strategic Management

You should possess hands-on experience in operational excellence initiatives, with the ability to improve productivity, reduce lead times, manage operational risks, and deliver measurable business results.
