KPMG Global Services (KGS) India is a strategic global delivery organization that works with more than 50 KPMG firms to provide a progressive, scalable and customized approach to business requirements.\nThe KGS India journey has been one of consistent growth, with a current employee count of c.21,000, operating from eight locations in India — Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi, Noida, Pune and Kolkata. — and providing a range of Advisory and Tax-related services to KPMG firms around the world.\n\nRoles and responsibilities\n\nThe Consulting Oracle EPM team are seeking Manager (Oracle FDMEE/Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Data Integration/ Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Data Management) to join the growing EPM practice.\n\nWe are looking for an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry’s best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space.\nThe role would require:\nAbility to work independently as well as in a Collaborative team environment.\nPerform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle EPM products and technology to meet customer needs.\nExpertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer engagements\nCapability to deliver high-quality, well-developed solutions within constraints of time.\nDemonstration of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nWork directly with functional and integration consultants to establish conversion approach, complete Integration and Data loading from varying sources into Oracle Cloud EPM/Hyperion Essbase/Planning/HFM Application’s.\nAbility to assist with Data extract/Data mapping, explanation of the conversion process, defining requirements, and working towards getting the correct extracts and preparing for the Data and Validation conversion cycle along with automation needs.\n\nRequirement\nHands-on implementation experience on Data Integration/Data Management/FDMEE, (Planning and HFM Application knowledge would be an added advantage)\nExperience in Integrating Cloud to Cloud EPM applications.\nHands-on experience in Integrating to one of the following sources (Fusion GL, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft or EBS Financial and/or HCM)\nHands on experience in Integrating with Hyperion Planning, On-premises application migration to PBCS and Hybrid integration (Added advantage)\nExperience with designing and creating security as well as provisioning users in Shared Services (added advantage).\nWorked on LCM, migrating artifacts form one environment to another environment.\nGood working skills on EPM Pipeline, Batch processing, Single & Multi Period data loading and FDMEE Security.\nKnowledge of creating Reports in FDMEE (Added advantage)\nFamiliarity in writing SQL and Jython scripting (Added advantage)\nKnowledge of automating tasks using EPM Automate and Rest API would be an added advantage.\nGood documentation and presentation skills\n\nGood to Have\nKnowledge on ODI.\nExposure to PBCS/EPBCS and FCCS Applications\nEPM Automate, Rest API, Jython & SQL scripting.\n\nExperience & Background\n\nGraduate qualification (B.E/B.Tech)/MBA/MCA\n10-14 years of experience in Oracle EPM tools.\nExcellent communication skills
