Job Title: Senior Manager – HRBP & Talent Acquisition\nDepartment: Human Resources (US Staffing)\nLocation: Noida (Onsite)\nShift: US Shift | 5 Days Working\n\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage a dual role of HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition within a US staffing environment. The role requires strategic partnership with business leaders, ownership of employee lifecycle processes, and oversight of hiring for critical roles, particularly in healthcare staffing.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nHR Business Partnering\n• Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning and organizational effectiveness\n• Lead employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives\n• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)\n• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and ensure a positive work culture\n• Provide data-driven HR insights to support business decisions\n\nTalent Acquisition\n• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for US staffing roles (healthcare roles preferred)\n• Manage sourcing through job portals, ATS, and VMS/MSP platforms\n• Ensure hiring SLAs are met (TAT, submission ratios, closures)\n• Monitor recruiter performance and improve hiring efficiency\n• Build strong talent pipelines for critical positions\n\nGeneral Responsibilities\n• Track and report HR metrics (attrition, hiring TAT, offer-to-join ratio)\n• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and staffing regulations\n• Drive HR process improvements and automation initiatives\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred)\n• 10–12+ years of experience in US staffing (healthcare staffing strongly preferred)\n• Strong exposure to both HRBP and Talent Acquisition functions\n• Proven experience in team handling and stakeholder management\n• Knowledge of US hiring practices and employment standards\n• Client-facing experience is required\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\nKey Competencies\n• Leadership & Team Management\n• Stakeholder Management\n• Strategic Thinking & Decision-Making\n• Problem-Solving Ability\n• Strong Communication & Influencing Skills\n\nThink global.
