Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Lobby Manager to lead front-of-house operations at a prestigious corporate house. The role is responsible for managing the lobby, meeting room operations, guest experience, and leading the hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery as per client expectations and organizational standards.


Key Responsibilities:


Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and VIPs, ensuring an exceptional experience.


Oversee day-to-day lobby and reception operations.


Manage meeting room bookings, setup, readiness, and service coordination.


Lead and supervise the hospitality, reception, and support teams.


Ensure timely delivery of services as per client requirements and agreed service standards.


Coordinate with housekeeping, administration, facilities, and security departments.


Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.


Monitor lobby appearance, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.


Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with SOPs.


Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and service excellence.


Requirements:


Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.


8 + years of experience in hospitality, corporate facilities, guest relations, or front office operations.


Proven leadership and team management skills.


Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.


Experience in handling VIP guests, meeting room operations, and client-facing environments.


Professional appearance with a strong service-oriented mindset.
