Job Title: Airtable Data Admin Specialist\nLocation: Remote\nShift Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST\nExperience: 3 to 6 years\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\n\nRole Overview\nWe are hiring an Airtable Data Admin Specialist to manage operational data and support day-to-day Airtable and spreadsheet activities.\nThis is not a pure development role .\n\nThe role requires someone who is strong in:\n· Airtable administration\n· Google Sheets and Excel management\n· Data cleanup and validation\n· Handling messy operational data\n· Supporting non-technical office users\n· Maintaining accurate and structured business data\n\nKey Responsibilities\nData Management\n· Manage data across Airtable, Google Sheets, and Excel\n· Clean messy, incomplete, or duplicate records\n· Identify and correct data inconsistencies\n· Backfill missing information where required\n· Match and reconcile data across multiple tabs and systems\n· Maintain accurate, consistent, and usable operational data\n\nAirtable Support\n· Provide daily Airtable support to internal teams\n· Create and manage views, filters, fields, and forms\n· Work with linked records and formulas\n· Support imports and exports\n· Manage permissions, access, and share links\n· Troubleshoot missing, incorrect, or duplicate data\n· Help teams organize Airtable workflows efficiently\n\nSpreadsheet Management\n· Create and maintain Excel and Google Sheets reports\n· Use formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and INDEX-MATCH\n· Build pivot tables, charts, and dashboards\n· Apply data validation and conditional formatting\n· Prepare clean and structured reports for business teams\n\nUser Support\n· Support office and operations teams with data-related issues\n· Understand problems raised by non-technical users\n· Resolve day-to-day Airtable and spreadsheet queries\n· Explain data issues in a simple and clear manner\n· Escalate complex technical issues when needed\n\nProcess Improvement\n· Document recurring issues and solutions\n· Maintain basic SOPs for data processes\n· Improve data entry formats and validation rules\n· Recommend better ways to organize data and workflows\n· Reduce manual errors in operational data handling\n\nRequired Skills\n· 3 to 6 years of experience in Airtable, Google Sheets, and Excel\n· Strong knowledge of Airtable views, filters, linked records, formulas, and permissions\n· Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills\n· Experience with formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, and charts\n· Strong data cleanup and validation experience\n· Ability to handle large and messy datasets\n· Good understanding of data matching and reconciliation\n· Strong attention to detail\n· Good problem-solving skills\n· Ability to work independently\n· Good communication skills for supporting non-technical users\n\nGood to Have\n· Experience with Airtable automations\n· Knowledge of Zapier, Make, or Power Automate\n· Basic scripting knowledge\n· Experience with Google Apps Script or JavaScript\n· Exposure to operations, admin, or client data workflows\n· Experience creating SOPs or user guides\n· Basic understanding of database structures and unique IDs\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate should be able to:\n· Quickly understand operational data issues\n· Clean and organize messy datasets\n· Support office teams efficiently\n· Solve Airtable and spreadsheet problems independently\n· Maintain data accuracy and consistency\n· Communicate clearly with non-technical users\n· Work responsibly during US-overlap hours\n\nKey Success Metrics\n· Accuracy of data maintained across systems\n· Timely resolution of Airtable and spreadsheet issues\n· Reduction in duplicate and missing records\n· Improved data structure and reporting quality\n· Positive feedback from internal users\n· Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision\n\nWork Expectations\n· Remote working role\n· Shift timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST\n· US business-hour overlap required\n· Must coordinate with distributed teams\n· Must maintain confidentiality of business and client data\n· Should be comfortable using chat, email, and task management tools\n\nInterview Evaluation Areas\n· Airtable hands-on knowledge\n· Excel and Google Sheets proficiency\n· Data cleanup and reconciliation ability\n· Problem-solving approach\n· Communication with non-technical users\n· Ability to work independently\n· Attention to detail and ownership mindset
