Senior Financial Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a leading product-based organization in Bengaluru.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: CA / CPA (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

'14; Prepare, review, and maintain journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations

'14; Support month-end and quarter-end close activities

'14; Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate accounting policies

'14; Review expense contracts and determine appropriate accounting treatment

'14; Research and document technical accounting positions and conclusions

'14; Partner with auditors and support financial statement audits

'14; Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements

'14; Prepare management reports and audit schedules

Required Skills:

'05; Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial accounting

'05; Experience with accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations

'05; Experience in public accounting or large public companies preferred

'05; Expertise in Oracle Financials, BlackLine, or similar accounting systems

'05; Advanced Excel skills

'05; Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

⭐ Product-based or Tier-1 company experience only

⭐ Software industry or Shared Services Center experience is a plus
