Job Description
Qualification- Any graduate
Experience - 2 Year of exp. in cold calling & 1 year exp. in team handling
Location- Bangalore (Hybrid)
Responsibilitie
sBe responsible for meeting and exceeding the city-level targets along with your own OKRs
- Be responsible for continuously developing a team of agents into fantastic relationship executiv
e- Be responsible to ensure that key productivity metrics like dialled calls, MQLs of each team member is achieved
- Be responsible to assess the leads pipeline of each city you are responsible for and prioritize call tasks accordingly, ultimately ensuring that the active leads bucket is fully utilized
- Be responsible for leading and closely tracking experiments / pilots, if any, that are run time to time
- Take responsibility for real-time call queue management in order to ensure hygiene of input metrics
- Be responsible for schedule adherence of each & every individual within th
eteam
- Will be responsible to build a good working relationship with the key stakeholders within the business unit
- Coordination among internal cohorts for weekly / monthly roster & plannin
g- Support the newbies to bring them up through their learning curv
e- Work closely with the team to achieve city-wise target
