We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and well-being , equal employment opportunities and policies that are benchmark for work-life balance .\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nContributes as a key team member of India based R&D Centre, on current and new development projects of India, US & EU model in small and higher horsepower tractors.\nContributes as a team member on development projects carrying out assigned responsibilities in a timely, diligent, safe, and professional manner.\nEnsures quality in a product’s design for usability, reliability, and functionality that meets regulatory requirements & homologation standards.\nTo support in Testing’s and field evaluations and each country rule.\nVehicle Design, packaging & integration of new development model for domestic/Southeast Asia/USA/EU from concept to production.\nTo communicate with Yanmar Japan R&D and ITL R&D and production & collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development.\nManage the complete product lifecycle, from concept & feasibility studies through to production.\nTo support proto assembly and improve quality with local members.\nWorking on the management instruction to constantly improving the performance and reliability of the product.\nDocumentation of Design, Manufacturing and Assembly processes.\nActively participate in production and testing of new products.\nManage the vehicle configuration in CAD, conduct reviews for packaging & interference detection & ensure the timely release of engineering changes.\nCollaborate effectively with manufacturing, testing, quality, sourcing & service teams to drive project success & resolve conflicts.\nMaintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.\n\nWork Experience Requirements:\nExperience in making Tractor BOM & its management.\nAble to analyse and judge test results\nStrong understanding of tractor architecture & system-level integration\nExperience in high volume manufacturing sheet metal, plastic parts, hardware, piping and electrical parts.\nExperience in designing production equivalent rapid prototypes.\nComplete understanding of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field of product development.

General knowledge of related disciplines.\nProficient in 3D CAD and Pro / E software for vehicle layout & integration.\nKnowledge of statistical methods and analysis.\nTeam player with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.\nMS-office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)\n\nEducation - B. Tech/B. E (Mechanical)\nExperience - Similar working experience for 12 to 15 Years.
