Role Purpose
The Architect will independently drive assigned projects through Design Development, Consultant Coordination, Construction Documentation, and Execution Support while leading junior team members and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
This is a hands-on project delivery role requiring strong technical capability, ownership, consultant coordination skills, client-facing confidence, and a commitment to developing future talent.
Architects at Studio Infinite are expected to operate as project leaders who can independently manage project delivery under the guidance of Senior Architects.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development & Documentation
• Develop architectural design packages and technical drawings. • Prepare detailed construction documentation and GFC drawings. • Ensure compliance with project requirements, regulations, and quality standards. • Contribute actively to design development and technical detailing.
Project Ownership & Delivery
• Independently manage assigned projects from Design Development through Construction Documentation and Execution Support. • Lead project teams comprising junior architects and interns. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. • Drive project schedules, deliverables, and coordination activities. • Escalate critical decisions while maintaining ownership of day-to-day delivery.
Consultant Coordination
Coordinate with:
• Structural Consultants • MEP Consultants • Fire Consultants • Landscape Consultants • Façade Consultants • PMC Teams
to ensure coordinated and execution-ready project outputs.
Construction & Site Support
• Participate in site coordination and execution support activities. • Resolve technical and coordination issues. • Support project planning and delivery. • Assist in maintaining design intent during execution.
Team Development & Mentoring
• Support the development of junior architects through guidance and knowledge sharing. • Assist in onboarding and training team members. • Share technical learnings and best practices. • Contribute to building a collaborative and learning-oriented culture.
Required Experience
Mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture. • 4–8 years of professional experience. • Experience in High-Rise Residential and/or Large Residential Projects. • Strong AutoCAD proficiency. • Good understanding of Construction Documentation and GFC preparation. • Experience coordinating with consultants. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
• Revit/BIM proficiency. • Site coordination and construction support experience. • Familiarity with local development regulations and approval processes. • Exposure to large-scale residential communities and mixed-use developments.
