Mega Walk-in Drive | Order Management |Saturday , 23rd May\n\nWalk-in Interview Details: -\nInterested candidates can come to office for the interview.\nHCL Technologies - ITPL SEZ, Aviator Building, 8th Floor Unit-B, Whitefield Main Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066\n*Do not carry any laptop, pend drive, any storage devices or any electronic item.\nContact person-Sai &Vignesh\nCarry 1 Resume, 1 ID\nInterview date & timing- 23rd May (Saturday), 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM\n\nExperience - 2 to 6 Years\nQualifications : Any Graduate\nJob Title: Telecom order management\nLocation: Bangalore\nShift : US Shift\nDesignation- Analyst\nCabs -Yes, both sides, chargeable provided in some restricted km range.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\n\nReview quoting and contracting data provided by internal sales team, inclusive of products.\nEngage with vendors and customer to negotiate the rates and propose alternative rate cards.\nActs as SME to Quotation Process, supporting with guidance on BAU activities.\nCreate install, move/add/alter, amendments quote for existing and new logo Customers.\nUtilize the Workflow Management tool to review and process all assigned cases and tasks.\nCreate quote/contract/order activity within designated systems depending on the request assigned on order to cash platforms, such as the Current Platform, Proposal Manager, Premisys, etc.\nInterface with sales and Customers to secure pricing/quote/order approval\nProgress cases through quoting, contracting, and order submission process.\nCollect ordering data from Customers and keying orders into designated systems (initiating TEV, ESS, Staging as required)\nMeet/exceed quoting, contracting, and order submission SLAs.\nInteract with all lines of business as required to complete a quoting/ordering task efficiently.\nEngage and escalate with internal vendor management, IT, and other supplier organizations, when required, to ensure timely progression of quote and order submission.\n\nSkill-set\n\nGeneral knowledge and understanding of Telecommunications, and Networking Technologies,\nSFDC, Quoting, Ordering and Workflow Management systems & processes knowledge.\nMust have the ability to deliver written and verbal messages with customers and sales.\nRequires critical thinking in the decision-making process.\nOverall technical aptitude and forward thinking\nMust be English literate and know the business level fluency in the local language.\nStrong customer service focus with drive to deliver a world-class customer experience.\nClear confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills\nAbility to work on own initiative with minimal supervision and as part of a wider project/team.\nPerform well under pressure to meet deadlines.\nHigh attention to detail, data accuracy and quality of input\nProblem management skills and strong analytical skills\nGenerally, requires a BS/BE/B. Tech degree and/or a minimum of 2-8 years’ experience with networks (voice and data), and customer service experience.
