Job Description:
Functional Expertise
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support for SAP S/4HANA RAR .
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
- Configure RAR components including:
- Revenue contracts
- Performance obligations
- Revenue postings
- Event-based Revenue Recognition
- IFRS 15-based rules and processes
Integration
- Work closely with teams across SD, FI, BRIM, CRM, Billing, and Controlling to ensure seamless data flow to/from RAR.
- Support integration with:
- Sales Orders
- Service Orders
- Billing Documents
- Accounting Documents
Project & Delivery Tasks
- Prepare functional specs for RICEFW objects related to RAR.
- Guide developers on WRICEF requirements and validate technical outcomes.
- Lead unit testing, SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.
- Handle production issues, provide RCA, and implement stabilization measures.
Compliance & Process
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Design processes for revenue contract creation, allocation, fulfilment, and revenue postings.
- Support period-end closing activities related to revenue accounting.
