More details as below.\n\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for a Finance Executive to support the day-to-day accounting, finance, payroll, and compliance functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in handling financial transactions, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and reporting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAccounts Payable (AP)\nProcess vendor invoices and employee expense claims.\nVerify supporting documents and obtain necessary approvals.\nPrepare payment schedules and coordinate vendor payments.\nReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.\nAccounts Receivable (AR)\nRaise customer invoices and credit notes.\nFollow up on outstanding receivables and collections.\nReconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records.\nAccounting & Reconciliation\nRecord accounting entries accurately in the accounting system.\nPerform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.\nMaintain general ledger and supporting schedules.\nAssist in month-end and year-end closing activities.\nPayroll & Employee Reimbursements\nSupport monthly payroll processing and payroll reconciliations.\nProcess employee reimbursements and statutory deductions.\nCoordinate with HR on payroll-related matters.\nTaxation & Compliance\nAssist in GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory filings.\nMaintain statutory records and supporting documentation.\nSupport internal and external audits.\nLiaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.\nFinancial Reporting\nPrepare monthly reports and schedules.\nAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.\nSupport management reporting requirements.\nGeneral Administration\nMaintain proper filing and documentation of finance records.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and internal controls.\nSupport ad hoc finance and administrative assignments.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.\n2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.\nGood understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nExperience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in staffing, recruitment, consulting, or IT services industry.\nExperience handling payroll and multi-state compliance.\nExposure to international accounting and intercompany transactions.\nKey Competencies\nAttention to detail\nAccountability\nTime management\nAnalytical thinking\nTeam collaboration\nConfidentiality and integrity\n\nWHAT’S ON OFFER\nYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
