🚨 Hiring: Assistant Manager- Quality Assurance (Clinical)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Teleradiology/dAIx QA team as an Assistant Manager- Quality Assurance (Clinical)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily QA operations and guide the QA team
• Oversee radiology quality workflows, discrepancy tracking, and report reviews
• Coordinate AI-assisted radiology QA activities and project follow-ups
• Ensure timely closure of QA tasks, escalations, and documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists, operations, and technical teams
• Support training, workflow improvements, and process compliance
Required Skills:
- 3 plus years of Experience in Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA), Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting QA metrics, KPIs, and healthcare data.
- Prior experience in teleradiology, radiology operations , PACS/RIS.
- Team management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up abilities
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare compliance
- Knowledge of AI-assisted radiology workflows is an added advantage
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in Healthcare QA/Teleradiology with an analytics background.
- PMP / PgMP / Agile certification preferred
