Location: Khar, Mumbai, on-site

Type: Full-time

About the role

This is a high-trust support role for a founder running multiple businesses. Your job is simple to state and hard to do well: make sure the right information, the right people and the right follow-ups reach the founder at the right time, and that nothing slips through the cracks. You free up his hours so he can spend them on building the business.


What you will do

• Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, scheduling and daily priorities.

• Triage inbox and messages, draft routine replies, and ensure nothing falls through.

• Track and follow up on open items across the team, vendors and partners. Chase what was committed, confirm it got done, and flag slippage early.

• Keep information organised: pull together reports and data from the team, especially ecommerce operations, into clean, ready-to-review form so the founder can decide quickly. You organise and present the data; the founder interprets and decides.

• Coordinate between the founder and the operations team: relay, schedule, document and follow up.

• Prepare review packs and meeting notes, and capture and circulate action points.

• Handle travel, logistics and ad-hoc professional and personal coordination.


What good looks like

• Extremely organised. Nothing slips. You are the one who remembers what everyone else forgot.

• Strong written and spoken English and Hindi.

• Comfortable with spreadsheets and Google Workspace, and quick to learn new tools.

• Proactive. You chase and flag without being told twice.

• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive business and personal information.

• Calm and steady in a fast-moving, multi-business environment.

• Attitude over experience. We will train the right person.


What this role is not

This is not a decision-making or operations-management role. You make sure the right information and people reach the founder at the right time. The calls are his to make.
