The company has a global presence with operations across India and international markets, serving individuals through wellness centres, clinics, products, and education\n\nJob Description\n\nRole Overview:\nLooking for a Finance Manager – Controllership to ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and strong governance practices.

This role is central to safeguarding assets, supporting investor relations, and driving financial discipline across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Prepare and review financial statements in line with Ind-AS and statutory requirements.\n2. Lead CMA report preparation and board-ready financial packs.\n3.

Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits; liaise with auditors and regulators.\n4. Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with GST, SEBI, MCA, and healthcare regulations.\n5. Partner with business teams to drive cost optimization and financial discipline.\n6.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\n7. Drive process improvements, ERP Implementation and enhancements, and reporting automation.\n\nQualifications:\n1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of experience in controllership, audit, or compliance.\n2.

Candidates from Manufacturing/Retail or Big 6 (with Reporting and Auditing experience) will be preferred.\n3. Strong knowledge of Ind-AS, tax laws, GST, and pharma/healthcare regulatory frameworks.\n4. Proven track record in CMA reporting, statutory audits, and investor relations.\n5.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel.\n6. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
