Work Hours: Overlapped hours with U.S. business teams -2:30 PM to 11:30 IST PM untill 12noon CST Experience

At least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain with a focus on Cost Management
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Costing Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations and ongoing operations, with a strong focus on Cost
Management. This role combines functional consulting expertise with core business analysis skills to drive successful project delivery and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Consultant Responsibilities:
• Support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations, focusing on Cost Management.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Costing modules, Focusing of cost management and Subledger accounting.
• Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to ensure accurate cost accounting and financial reporting.
• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Manufacturing.
• Conduct user training and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Understanding of finance and financial concepts impacted by cost management
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to cost management and supply chain processes.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and test scripts.
• Execute test scripts and validate system functionality during testing phases.
• Research and troubleshoot Oracle system warnings, errors, and unexpected behavior.
• Utilize Oracle Support to log, track, and resolve service requests and product issues.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business pain points and propose solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications, with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cost Management and Subledger Accounting.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and their impact on cost accounting.
• Proven experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in test script creation and execution.
• Experience in troubleshooting Oracle errors and working with Oracle Support.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
