Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong leadership capabilities to drive revenue growth, build high-performing sales teams, and scale business operations. This role is ideal for professionals who have managed teams, handled enterprise/client relationships, and consistently delivered revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, managing the sales pipeline, mentoring team members, and building scalable acquisition systems while closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor the business development/sales team
Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and partnerships
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Develop and implement scalable sales and business acquisition processes
Set targets, monitor team performance, and ensure goal achievement
Build strong relationships with clients, brands, and key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to improve client onboarding and retention
Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights
Create structured reporting and forecasting for business growth
Preferred Profile:
Proven experience in Business Development or Sales leadership roles
Experience managing and scaling sales/business development teams
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
SaaS, e-commerce, or technology sales experience preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
Ability to build processes and drive growth from scratch
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented mindset
Compensation:
Salary: 710 LPA + Performance Incentives
Experience - 2 to 4 years
