Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve software issues.
- Experience with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Familiarity with database management and query languages to support application functionality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
