Position- MDM Developer- Life science
Job Description for MDM Developer (experience 3-6 years)
" Good domain knowledge on Life Science & Pharma/Healthcare sector
" Strong understanding of master data management concepts. Subject matter expert to implement robust and successful deployment of an MDM platform (Reltio/Informatica MDM)
" Experience on MDM solutions integration with CRM & ERP systems
" Good knowledge of various aspects of - like data ingestion/inbound configurations, data modelling, match rules, cleanse rules, survivorship rules, metadata analysis, outbound configurations.
" To be able to understand the clients customer life cycle, touchpoints where customer data is captured and business processes to collect, analyze and consume this data for various purposes such as marketing, sales, customer service etc.
" Good understanding of Data Stewardship and Governance process - Manual Merge, Hierarchy Management, Workflow Management, Unmerge, Curation, Survivorship, etc.
" Define requirements for data quality rules, data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria, and data stewardship workflows.
" Committed to continue understanding of new technologies and their strategic advantages.
" Able to review & develop independently, lead code reviews and ensure quality throughout the life of MDM project.
" Familiarity working with below will be a good to have.
o Java & Python
o SQL/Snowflake
Domain Expertise
o Mandatory experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.
o Good understanding of healthcare/customer master data processes.
o Strong knowledge of MDM entity types such as: Customer, Organization, Product, Payer & Related healthcare and commercial entities
o Understanding of healthcare data hierarchies, affiliations, and relationship management concepts.
o Good knowledge of GxP compliance concepts and regulated environment processes within the Life Sciences industry.
o Exposure to data governance and data quality practices in regulated pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
o Knowledge in SQL to run the query and do the data analysis without any dependency.
" Soft Skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
o Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
o Good presentation and facilitation skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
