About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Integrate and consolidate data from multiple enterprise systems such as:
- Nexthink
- ServiceNow
- Contact Center (CC) platforms
- Monitoring and infrastructure tools
- Develop data models and ETL workflows to support centralized reporting.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and report generation using Power Automate and related tools.
- Create customized reporting views tailored to different stakeholder groups (Operations, Leadership, Compliance).
- Combine and harmonize data from disparate sources to deliver unified insights and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance in all reporting outputs.
- Work closely with IT, Service Delivery, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into dashboards.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and continuous improvement of existing reporting frameworks.
- Maintain document.ation for dashboards, data sources, and reporting processe.
