About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented VMO P2P Operations Specialist to support Vendor Management and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations for IT and business services engagements.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge across procurement, vendor onboarding, invoicing, contracting, and financial governance processes.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage end-to-end P2P lifecycle activities including PR creation, PO management, invoice tracking, and vendor payment coordination.
- Generate and maintain operational and procurement reports in ARIBA.
- Support SOW creation, MSA reviews, vendor amendments, and renewals.
- Work with SI vendors, staffing firms, Big 4 consulting organizations, and managed service providers.
- Demonstrate understanding of CAPEX vs OPEX classifications and procurement compliance.
- Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Vendor teams.
- Understand technical and contracting-related terminologies and support procurement operations accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of IT Operations and vendor management processes.
- Hands-on experience in invoicing, PO management, PR creation, and ARIBA reporting.
- Strong understanding of SOW creation and MSA contracting workflows.
- Prior experience or working knowledge of GEP Quantum.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders.
- Staffing and recruitment operations knowledge is an added advantage.
