About The Client:

Qualifications:
- Experience – 8 – 12 yrs
- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP-HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR infotypes and structures, logical databases (PNP / PNPCE), and payroll and time management clusters.
- Experience in custom report development, enhancements, user exits
- Competence in performance tuning of HR reports.
- Basic understanding of HR authorisations and data security.
- Familiarity with transport management and change control processes.
- Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and Jira.
- Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
- Ability to function effectively in a production AMS support environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with functional teams and HR users.
- Proficiency in managing multiple issues and prioritising them based on business impact.
- Commitment to documentation and adherence to processes.
- Exposure to payroll schemas and PCRs is advantageous.
- Experience supporting large HR landscapes.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA HR or HCM for S/4HANA is preferred.
- ITIL certification is desirable but not mandatory.
