This role is for one of the Weekday's clients\n\nLocation: Bangalore, Mumbai , Pune\n\nJobType: full-time\n\nWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the upcoming development stage of our Automation & Agent Platform. In this position, you will be responsible for advancing the current automation platform (RPA + API) and shaping the strategic roadmap for an AI-native agent orchestration layer that oversees, monitors, and scales intelligent agents throughout the revenue cycle lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Manage the product roadmap for the automation platform, focusing on enhancing reliability, effectiveness, expanding payer coverage, and enabling client deployments\n\n- Establish the product vision for the Agent Orchestration Platform, covering agent lifecycle management, skill registry, orchestration patterns, and monitoring systems\n\n- Create agent guardrails, implement human-in-the-loop controls, and develop confidence-based routing strategies\n\n- Define and manage the automation performance metrics funnel (Task Volume → Attempted → Processed → Completed)\n\n- Author Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), lead sprint planning sessions, and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams\n\n- Communicate product strategy effectively to senior leadership and CXO-level stakeholders\n\n- Provide mentorship to associate product managers and analysts\n\nRequired Skills\n\n- 8–12 years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years focused on platform or infrastructure products\n\n- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in defining metrics, performing funnel analysis, and conducting root-cause investigations\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities at the CXO level\n\n- Experience in building platform APIs, developer-facing products, or orchestration systems\n\n- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and observability practices\n\n- Capability to write clear PRDs and simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n- Background in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (including Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Claims, Denials)\n\n- Experience with AI/ML product management, such as LLMs, NLP, Document AI, agent frameworks, and MLOps\n\n- Familiarity with automation platforms like RPA, API orchestration, and workflow engines\n\n- Knowledge of healthcare standards including EDI X12 and HL7/FHIR\n\n- Experience working with cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or similar services\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
