Datavail Infotech is looking for a seasoned Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant to join our growing Oracle practice in Hyderabad. This is a client-facing, individual contributor role that demands deep functional expertise, polished communication skills, and the ability to lead Oracle SCM workstreams end-to-end with minimal supervision.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations — owning your workstream from requirements through go-live with confidence and accountability.
• Drive critical delivery activities including systems strategy, fit-gap analysis, as-is/to-be process design, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing cycles, and client user training.
• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for client stakeholders — translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle SCM solutions.
• Analyse business needs and design solutions that align Oracle capabilities with client objectives — combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams across global delivery environments.
• Independently manage multiple task assignments, priorities, and deliverables across concurrent workstreams.
• Contribute to EBS-to-Cloud upgrade and transformation engagements, ensuring smooth functional transitions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations in a functional delivery lead capacity.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle SCM modules across Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycles — including Inventory, Purchasing, Costing, AP, etc
• Mandatory prior experience with Oracle EBS SCM and cloud transformation projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments simultaneously without close supervision.
• Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle — systems strategy, business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, as-is/to-be process design, CRP sessions, functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
• Strong oral and written communication skills including structured presentation delivery using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement in ambiguous situations.
• Relevant Oracle Cloud Certification required — Oracle Procurement, Inventory, or Order Management Cloud. Candidate must hold the certification or obtain it within the first 90 days of employment.
• Experience leading an entire workstream of relevant Oracle SCM applications end-to-end.
• Ability to analyse business needs and ensure the Oracle solution meets customer objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
