The role demands deep expertise in business processes, technology trends, and architecture frameworks to drive innovation and optimize efficiency.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nStrategic Planning\n\n- Collaborate with senior management to understand business objectives and formulate a comprehensive IT strategy.\n\n- Define and articulate the enterprise architecture vision, roadmap, and standards to guide technology decisions.\n\n- Assess the current IT landscape, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\n\n- Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate the risks and benefits of new technology initiatives.\n\n- Design and document enterprise architecture blueprints, encompassing application, data, infrastructure, and security components.\n\n- Develop and oversee solution architectures for new projects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.\n\n- Define technology standards, guidelines, and best practices for system development and integration.\n\n- Ensure the adoption of architectural principles across all IT projects.\n\nTechnical Leadership\n\n- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on architecture design, patterns, and technology choices.\n\n- Lead architecture review boards to ensure solutions meet quality, scalability, and compliance standards.\n\n- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.\n\n- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance system capabilities and organizational efficiency.\n\nCommunication and Collaboration\n\n- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on technology strategies.\n\n- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, advocating for architectural decisions.\n\n- Collaborate with architects across data, security, and cloud disciplines to create holistic solutions.\n\n- Advise senior management on the business impact of technology decisions.\n\nGovernance and Compliance\n\n- Ensure the enterprise architecture complies with industry regulations, security standards, and compliance requirements.\n\n- Monitor the implementation of architectural standards and enforce governance policies.\n\n- Conduct regular architecture reviews to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n\nTechnical Expertise\n\n- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modelling tools.\n\n- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, distributed systems, data management, application development, and network architecture.\n\n- Familiarity with programming languages and development methodologies.\n\nBusiness Acumen\n\n- Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.\n\n- Comprehensive understanding of business processes and technology optimization opportunities.\n\n- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.\n\nLeadership and Collaboration\n\n- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions across the organization.\n\n- Strong collaboration skills to engage with various stakeholders effectively.\n\nExperience\n\n- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in a complex IT environment, preferably within IT services.\n\n- A successful track record in designing and implementing enterprise-wide IT solutions.\n\n- Experience managing large-scale technology transformations and migration projects.\n\nDomain Expertise\n\n- Experience in the BFSI domain; candidates with experience in Retail and Healthcare domains are also preferred.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n- Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.\n\n- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.\n\n- Experience with modern technology stacks and microservices-based architectures.\n\nClose Date: 24-04-2026\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
