You will manage and drive our strategy expertise and be someone who is familiar with the Indian landscape.\nIf you have been living in the depths of social trends and across the digital space for five plus years we could be a great fit.\n\nHere’s where you come in.\nBuild the bridge between brands and consumers\nImplementation knowledge of end-to-end customer experience strategies, including customer research, auditing, understanding consumer behaviours, being across trends (macro and micro) and ability to pull this into a cohesive strategy built on a clear narrative\nBring the consumer’s world to life for creative teams and clients using qualitative and cultural mining and insightful synthesis of quantitative research to inform a strategic approach.\nDevelop distinct and differentiated audience segmentations that are connected to strategic decisions and creative ways-in\nKeen sense of developing strategy solutions, from brand strategy, down to tactical social, content, tone of voice documents and influencer strategies\nOut-of-the-box perspective on data and research to find interesting consumer insights that we can leverage as opportunities, not just reflections\nSupport teams to craft social content, outreach, caption banks, and trendjacking posts with ease\nWell versed with the ability to leverage media tools, research and platforms to: perform content audits, collaborate with the media team to provide holistic success measurement frameworks\nDeck crafter - someone that can detail out ideas and insights that are clear and can sell!\nAmple experience in agency life and content creation to fully grasp the technical aspects of creating content as well as understanding the digital consumer journey and how to engage through a digital architecture map for end-to-end campaigns\nDeep understanding of brand and marketing fundamentals\nBe a vocal and inventive champion with the ability to break down complex tasks and create clarity from complexity\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n7+ years experience as a strategist in a creative advertising agency or in-house, min 2 years India market..\nDelivers work independently on all tasks and achieves results at pace with energy and drive.\nActively participates in and leads collaborative sessions with clients and teams.\nExecutes a strong sense of priority level and urgency; knows how to act on the critical difference between the two.\nManages the ongoing performance of different tasks or projects, as well as understanding and ownership of internal processes for quality assurance.\nTackles challenges in a responsive and constructive way.\nHelps the team strive for efficient processes and adhere to overarching objectives.\nFosters positive internal communication and collaboration with clients and teams.\nEnsures presented work is clear and understood.\nTranslates feedback into actionable tasks.\nManages multiple timelines and competing deadlines without getting frazzled.\nHighlights new ideas to the team and external stakeholders when appropriate.\nProvides clear, professional, timely, and helpful information to the team or external clients and partners.
