Job Description

With a solid product foundation and growing traction across India and international markets, We are now seeking a Head of Sales to lead our revenue growth journey. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and results. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape our GTM strategy, close key enterprise deals, and build a high-performing sales organization from scratch.\n\n- Drive top-line growth across India, APAC, and emerging global markets.\n- Build and execute quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with business goals.\n- Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closure.\n\n2.

Business Development\n\n- Identify, engage, and win enterprise clients across BFSI, IT, Healthcare, SaaS, and Manufacturing.\n- Develop and manage strategic relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.\n- Represent Secure Blink at industry events, conferences, and thought-leadership forums.\n\n3.
