Interested candidates, kindly mail to\n\nMain Purpose\nThe Sr. Engineer Drilling plays a critical role within the Drilling & Completions (D&C) team by driving the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of CBM drilling and completion operations. The role involves strategic planning, engineering analysis, operational optimization, and seamless field execution to maximize well deliverability and overall project performance.\n\nJob Accountabilities\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of CBM drilling operations to ensure safe and efficient well delivery.\nPrepare and maintain operational programs for drilling activities in line with company standards and operational requirements.\nWork as Company Man at drilling rigs to supervise field activities and ensure adherence to approved programs, HSE standards, and operational procedures.\nEnsure drilling programs comply with company policies, engineering standards, and statutory requirements.\nCapture and document lessons learned from well operations and support the incorporation of improvement actions into future programs.\nProvide technical inputs for bids, tenders, and evaluation of drilling services, equipment, and third-party contractors.\nSupport troubleshooting and resolution of operational issues, unscheduled events, and drilling challenges to minimize Non-Productive Time (NPT).\nCoordinate wellsite logistics, material planning, equipment availability, and manpower support for the smooth execution of operations.\nMaintain material requirement plans and inventory records for drilling operations to ensure uninterrupted operational support.\nEnsure timely preparation and submission of End of Well Reports (EOWR).\nProvide guidance and on-site support to Junior Drilling Engineers, trainees, and field personnel for technical and operational development.\n\nSkills Required (Knowledge and Skills)\nKnowledge of horizontal and deviated drilling, mud engineering, casing design, and cementing operations.\nStrong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.\n\nQualifications\nGraduate degree in Engineering.\n\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in drilling operations.\nExperience in CBM drilling operations.\n\nInterested candidates, kindly mail to
