We are looking for a passionate, design focused and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team and contribute to all stages of the design and execution process.\nKey Responsibilities Assist in architectural design development and preparation of concept drawings.\nProduce detailed working drawings and construction documentation.\nPrepare 3D models and presentation materials.\nCoordinate with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.\nConduct site visits and assist with project execution and supervision.\nEnsure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and standards.\nRequirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).\nProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.\nKnowledge of sketchup, Lumion, D5 Render, or Photoshop is an advantage.\nStrong design sensibility and attention to detail.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nexperience on rhino or other parametric design software is an advantage\nWhat We Offer Hands-on exposure to live architectural projects.\nOpportunity to work closely with various stakholders\nCreative, casual & collaborative work environment.\nProfessional growth and learning opportunities.\nContract Requirement Applicants must be willing to commit to a minimum 12-month contract period .\nHow to Apply Please send your resume, portfolio to:\n\nSubject Line: Application – Junior Architect – [Your Name]
