ABOUT THE COMPANY
Affex Healthcare is one of India’s most exciting healthcare companies, spun out of
the Anjani Mashelkar Foundation (AMF). We build scalable, technology-enabled
solutions for healthcare delivery across India.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a role in the Founder’s Office — working directly with Sushil Borde, President of AMF and Co-founder of Affex Healthcare. You will also work closely alongside Dr. R.A. Mashelkar, Chairman of the Anjani Mashelkar Foundation —Padma Vibhushan awardee and one of India’s most celebrated innovation leaders. This is an execution role — for a professional who turns strategy into action,
decisions into delivery, and ambition into measurable outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute relentlessly — Own critical workstreams end-to-end. Pick up a brief, build the plan, assemble the resources, and deliver without waiting to be asked twice.
• Drive programme rollouts — Deploy Affex solutions across markets. Track progress, resolve blockers, and report results.
• Manage institutional relationships — Interface with government, district administrations, health departments, funders, and hospital networks. Convert relationships into signed agreements and active partnerships.
• Turn ideas into action — Structure funding proposals, operational briefs, and strategic documents. Own their follow-through, not just their drafting.
• Be the force multiplier — Anticipate what the founder needs before he asks. Keep priorities clear, teams accountable, and momentum unstoppable.
QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA from a reputed institution — this is a hard requirement
• 7 to 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare, or high- growth organisations
• Proven delivery track record — not just advising or analysing, but executing and closing
• Sharp communication skills — able to draft a government proposal and an investor brief in the same week
• Commitment to the mission — deep, personal conviction about India’s healthcare agenda
• High ownership mindset — sees a gap and fills it, without being asked
