Financial Planning and Analysis Lead\n\nAs an FP&A Lead at Rockwell Automation in Gurgaon, you will be a key member of the Finance Leadership team responsible for driving profitable growth in India. You will report to the FP&A Controller India and follow a hybrid working schedule.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n- Drive AOP and Forecast in collaboration with Business and Sales Organizations.\n\n- Facilitate Order and Sales review discussions on a monthly basis, presenting performance and outlook.\n\n- Prepare and discuss quarterly and monthly performance reviews with management for submission to the Region.\n\n- Work closely with sales, business and departments to analyze Order, Sales and expense bridges versus plan.\n\n- Ensure accurate submission of AOP and Forecast for Order, Sales, and Expenses.\n\n- Enhance investment and cost efficiency to boost productivity.\n\n- Prepare BSR and country P & L for domestic operations, highlighting areas of opportunity and risk for profitable growth.\n\n- Conduct in‑depth analysis of industry trends and new market opportunities, providing insightful analytics to management.\n\n- Assist the FP&A controller in developing short, medium and long‑term plans to achieve strategic goals (organic and inorganic).\n\n- Provide monthly and periodic reporting of sales and cost drivers to the region.\n\n- Participate in ad‑hoc activities.\n\nEssentials\n\n- Chartered Accountant.\n\n- MBA Finance with 8 years of experience.\n\n- Previous experience as an FP&A Lead in a reputable organization.\n\n- Proficiency in analyzing complex situations.\n\n- Experience working in a SAP environment.\n\n- Digital‑friendly in implementing the right technology.\n\nThe Preferred\n\n- Experience in preparing memos that translate financial analysis into relevant insights.\n\n- Ability to present and explain complex concepts and ideas in an easy‑to‑understand manner.\n\n- Experience in handling cross‑functional stakeholders.\n\n- Dynamic personality with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.\n\nBenefits\n\n- Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm.\n\n- Paid time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees.\n\n- Company volunteer and donation matching program.\n\n- Employee Assistance Program.\n\n- Personalized wellbeing programs through the OnTrack program.\n\n- On‑Demand digital course library for professional development.\n\n- Other local benefits.\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
