Role : Project Manager – Liquid Cooling Projects (Data Centers)\nLocation: Mumbai\nExperience: 8–15 Years\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead execution, installation, and commissioning activities for liquid cooling infrastructure projects within data center environments.\n\nThe role requires strong hands-on experience in CDU piping installation, commissioning, mechanical systems execution, and overall MEP coordination across mission-critical data center projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead end-to-end execution of liquid cooling infrastructure projects for data centers\nManage installation and commissioning activities for:\nCDU piping systems\nLiquid cooling distribution networks\nMechanical utility infrastructure\nDrive project execution to meet committed Schedule / Quality / Cost targets\nCoordinate with engineering, factory, procurement, quality, logistics, installation, and commissioning teams\nManage installation contractors, subcontractors, and site execution teams\nEnsure adherence to approved drawings, installation standards, and project specifications\nMonitor project progress, risks, bottlenecks, and critical path activities\nLead testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover activities\nFacilitate stakeholder communication across internal teams, customers, consultants, and vendors\nEnsure compliance with project quality, safety, and documentation requirements\nSupport project planning, scheduling, reporting, and execution tracking activities\n\nRequired Skills\nEngineering graduate with 8–15 years of experience in:\nData center projects\nLiquid cooling infrastructure\nCDU piping installation and commissioning\nMEP project execution\nIndustrial piping and mechanical systems\nStrong hands-on experience in:\nInstallation and commissioning of CDU pipes\nMechanical and piping systems execution\nContractor and stakeholder management\nProject execution and coordination\nStrong understanding of Project Management Lifecycle processes\nAbility to manage multi-stakeholder and fast-paced project environments\nStrong communication, reporting, and execution tracking skills\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nExperience in the following areas will be an added advantage:\nHyperscale or enterprise data center projects\nHVAC / chilled water systems\nCRAH / CRAC infrastructure\nIndustrial utility piping systems\nMechanical EPC projects\nMicrosoft Project (MPP) / Primavera scheduling\nFactory inspections, testing, and commissioning coordination\n\nWhy Join Us\nOpportunity to work on next-generation liquid cooling infrastructure for data centers\nHigh ownership role with direct exposure to leadership and mission-critical projects\nFast-growing environment with strong learning and career growth opportunities
